The Need For Water
The human body and water are intertwined in obvious ways. But the quality of the water we drink may not be so obvious!
Water quality accounts for a large part of your personal wellness program. I was a big fan of bottled water for many years and even until recently have been refilling my RO (Reverse Osmosis) water containers at the grocery store.
Recently I was introduced to Nikken and the PiMag water filtration systems. Having been in the wellness industry for twelve years, and having continued my Human Sciences education in perpetuity, I cannot deny the effectiveness of high quality water!

Getting Enough Quality Water!
Most of us don't drink enough water as it is. The average adult should be drinking at least 1.9 liters per day, or about half a gallon!
To add insult to injury, when we do drink more water, we are moderately poisoning ourselves on a daily basis, 1.9 liters at a time!
The human-being is designed to drink natural water from the Earth, to live in contact with the Earth and also to eat naturally occurring substances provided by the Earth.
Modern technology and advances in commerce have decreased this connection with the planet that sustains us and the result is a shorter lifespan due to ingestion of toxic substances through air, water and food.
Here we will focus on water, the pages on food and air are forthcoming!

Furthermore, he claims fluoride causes dental and skeletal fluorosis, damages DNA repair enzymes, ... Read More

Bottled Water
The Natural Resource Defense Council (NRDC) claims plastic bottles contain phthalates, which can leach into bottled drinking water. According to NRDC, there are no strict limitations as to the number of contaminants that can be found in bottled water, such as E-coli, arsenic... Read More
